As both an active real estate investor and insurance professional, Zev understands the real-world underwriting challenges, coverage gaps, and loss exposures faced by property owners, operators, and small businesses. His expertise spans portfolio-level risk assessment, coverage structuring, and carrier placement designed to support asset protection, scalability, and long-term financial performance.

Zev is also the founder of Ultra Investment Group, where he oversees acquisitions, portfolio management, and operational execution across multiple U.S. markets.
